A lighter evolution of a wide-angle legend. Its clarity and control of distortion make it my first choice for astro, landscapes, sunrises and difficult backlit scenes.

A relatively compact, almost all-purpose travel lens. It covers the range I need most often and shares the practical 77 mm filter size with much of my earlier kit.

A fast, precise telephoto zoom for details, compressed landscapes and situations where subject separation matters as much as reach.

A dedicated macro lens for the smallest discoveries on the road, with enough working distance and resolution for fine natural detail.

For insects, birds, wildlife, aircraft and the Moon—in roughly that order. With good subject separation and a steady hand, it delivers crisp files with plenty of room for cropping.

A compact aerial camera that earns its place in a travel bag and brings a fresh perspective to landscapes, patterns and hard-to-reach places.
